This document outlines the binding Terms and Conditions of Sale for all transactions conducted through eLiquidAssets.com. By completing a purchase, you (“the Buyer”) agree to these terms.
Article 1: Acceptance of Terms Placing an order with eLiquidAssets.com constitutes the Buyer’s full and unreserved acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions of Sale. No other terms or conditions shall have any force or effect.
Article 2: Product Information and Buyer’s Due Diligence The Buyer is solely responsible for identifying and verifying the correct part number for their intended application. Any information provided by eLiquidAssets.com that may list specific models or equipment is to be considered strictly for informational purposes, is likely incomplete, and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of fitment or compatibility.
The Buyer agrees to consult official diagrams, manufacturer specifications, or other authoritative online sources for part determination. eLiquidAssets.com is not liable for errors or mistakes made by the Buyer in obtaining or interpreting such information. All sales are final.
Article 3: Shipping and Handling Standard shipping is provided by US Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage. The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address that is serviceable by USPS. eLiquidAssets.com is not responsible for any costs, delays, or non-delivery resulting from an invalid or incomplete address provided by the Buyer.
Article 4: Risk of Loss Responsibility for the purchased goods transfers to the Buyer at the point of confirmed delivery by the carrier. eLiquidAssets.com’s obligation is fulfilled once the USPS tracking system confirms the package as “Delivered” to the address provided by the Buyer. The Buyer understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for the security of packages after delivery, including but not limited to items left at a mailbox, on a porch, in a community/gang mailbox, or at a roadside mailbox. We are not liable for any claims of loss, theft, or damage after the point of confirmed delivery.
